Title - Junior Lawyer Title Here is the job description: Tracking status of commercial and vendor contracts that are being negotiated; Coordinating with US legal to set up the process for contract management; Maintaining the contract repository for vendor and customer contracts; Maintain the company templates on the company's internal webpage; Following up with internal teams where the contracts are pending for their inputs; Take on ad hoc projects initiated by other internal departments and coordinate with the correct POCs to collect their input; Initiate signature for the agreements once all required approvals are in place; Initial review for the NDAs and non-complex vendor agreements; and Manage contract amendments. Skill/qualifications: Law degree with 3-5 years of experience. Well-versed with Excel, Word, and Smartsheet’s. Experience in managing contract life cycle. Excellent communication skills.
