The best hotels run on Shiji — day and night. Job Description Your role To support our Legal & Privacy team, we are looking for a motivated Junior Legal & Privacy Specialist in Katowice or Wroclaw. You will learn by doing and contribute under the supervision of senior team members, with a strong privacy focus alongside hands‑on contract work and day‑to‑day legal operations. What you will do Provide substantive support in ongoing Legal & Privacy projects (research, short notes, checklists, meeting minutes) Ensure, under the supervision of team members, compliance of personal data processing across Shiji’s products and operations (GDPR and other regimes) Support the legal servicing of Shiji Group’s business processes (sales, procurement, product) in close collaboration with stakeholders Assist with review and redlining of commercial agreements (MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, DPAs, PSAs) under supervision; prepare positions tables and issue lists Support in providing day-to-day in-house legal advice Assist with handling data subject requests, privacy incidents intake, and maintenance of Records of Processing Activities (RoPA) Prepare and deliver basic internal awareness materials (one‑pagers, slides) together with senior team members. Qualifications Law degree (or final‑year student) 0–2 years of relevant experience (in‑house, law firm, or internship) IAPP certification (e.g. CIPP/E, CIPM, CIPT) are a plus but not required Familiarity with One Trust and/or similar solutions is a plus experience with tech/SaaS is a plus High attention to detail, strong organization, and comfort working with multiple stakeholders and deadlines Practical skills in MS 365 (Word redlines, Excel trackers, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools. Critical Competencies Collaboration: build trust, communicate clearly, and support teammates across time zones. Personal drive: proactive, curious, and focused on outcomes; ask questions early and follow through. Technical learning: appetite to understand SaaS/IT basics (APIs, encryption, logs) to translate legal/privacy into practice. Communication: crisp writing, structured slides, and ability to turn feedback into improved drafts. Additional Information How We Work: We are looking for candidates based in the Silesia region (office in Katowice or Wrocław), with a requirement to be present in the office at least 4 times a month.
