JOB TITLE: JUNIOR LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR

Location: Bristol
Contract: Permanent (30 hours per week)
Salary: £19,048 per annum (based on £12.21/hour, 30 hrs per week)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Booking and conducting property lettings viewings with prospective tenants.
• Liaising with landlords to provide updates on property marketing and lettings progress.
• Generating new business through door-to-door canvassing and leaflet distribution.
• Following up on leads by phone and email to book viewings and valuations.
• Cross-selling related services such as rent protection and property management.
• Working closely with the Sales Department to identify landlords who may wish to sell or remortgage.
• Ensuring all conversations and updates are logged accurately in the CRM system.
• Answering phone calls and supporting colleagues in the office.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE ROLE:

The postholder must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to their own vehicle, as regular travel to appointments is required.

• Professional attire is required at all times.
• The postholder may be required to provide cover for colleagues when needed.
• Regular training will be provided, and attendance will be expected.
