Job Description Monitor and manage outstanding accounts receivable, ensuring timely collection. Conduct credit checks and assess client creditworthiness. Maintain accurate financial records and prepare regular reports on debt status. Liaise with internal teams and clients to resolve payment disputes. Support month-end and year-end financial processes. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance cash flow. Qualifications Proven experience as a Credit Controller or in a similar finance role. Strong knowledge of credit control procedures and accounting principles. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software (e.g., Sage, SAP). Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure.
