We are seeking a motivated Defense Litigation Attorney with 4+ years of auto negligence/auto liability experience to join our established legal team. This is a unique opportunity to step into a role with a steady, consistent caseload from day one, so you can focus on what you do best: winning cases and delivering exceptional client service. You will manage your own files with direct, hands-on collaboration with an experienced Partner who is invested in your growth and success. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in defending clients across a variety of litigation matters, including personal injury, medical malpractice, and insurance defense. RESPONSIBILITIES Manage a steady caseload of complex litigation matters from inception through trial or settlement Conduct legal research and provide strategic guidance to clients on a range of legal issues Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests Conduct depositions, prepare witnesses, and handle court appearances Negotiate settlements and participate in alternative dispute resolution proceedings Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and the courts Stay current on relevant legal developments and applicable laws and regulations REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school Active admission to the Florida Bar 4+ years of auto negligence/auto liability defense experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent research and analytical skills Ability to work independently and manage a high-volume caseload WHY KELLEY KRONENBERG?
