JOB DESCRIPTION:

We’re looking for a motivated and ambitious Junior Loan Originator to join our growing team.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to break into private lending or mortgage origination.
You will learn how to source, structure, and close real estate investment loans, while working closely with experienced professionals in the space.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in real estate, lending, or finance
• Self-starter with a willingness to learn
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus
• Familiarity with CRMs or Google Workspace is helpful, but not required

• Prospect and build relationships with real estate investors, brokers, and developers
• Gather borrower and deal information to assess loan viability
• Assist with preparing loan applications and coordinating submissions
• Communicate with internal underwriting and funding teams
• Follow up on leads and manage pipeline activity through our CRM (Zoho One)
