Your tasks

• Management and coordination of international export processes from order receipt to delivery
• Organization and awarding of transport contracts (truck, air freight) in cooperation with international logistics partners
• Creation and management of all export-related shipping and customs documents; smooth invoicing and order processing.
• Close coordination with production, warehouse and other internal interfaces for optimal planning and throughput control
• Competent support and communication with international customers, freight forwarders and suppliers
• Support in purchasing: material planning/demand forecasting, price and terms negotiations, market and price analyses
• Requesting quotes, comparing quotes, order and order confirmations in the ERP system including deadline tracking
• Participation in purchasing strategies, identification and realization of savings potentials
• Collaboration with project management and internal stakeholders; handling of complaints
• Further development of the ERP system within our own sphere of influence: identification of optimization potential, implementation of process improvements, master data maintenance

 Your qualifications

• Completed commercial training (e.g. HAK/HAS, apprenticeship as a freight forwarding clerk or similar) with a focus on purchasing/SCM
• At least 3 years of professional experience in purchasing as well as experience in transport/logistics, ideally in the pharmaceutical or food sector.
