Job Description WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS POSITION: • Analyze item and category behavior to identify demand drivers and market trends. • Collaborate with departments to align forecasts with market needs. • Monitor forecasts, identify deviations, and improve accuracy. • Adjust settings in the automated ordering system (BlueYonder) to reflect real demand. • Implement action plans to enhance forecasting processes. • Work with procurement category managers and supply planners to resolve deviations and optimize accuracy. • Identify risks in demand analysis and develop mitigation strategies. Qualifications WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS POSITION: • 1 year of experience in analysis and planning. • Advanced computer skills and proficiency in analytical tools. • Strong English skills (B2 or higher). • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. • Organizational skills and proactiveness. • Adaptability and ability to build trust with colleagues and partners. • Commitment to quality and continuous learning.
