As a medior system administrator, you are the first point of contact for colleagues with IT-related questions and problems. You provide support for hardware and software problems, ensure a quick and efficient solution and contribute to the optimization of our IT systems. You work closely with other IT colleagues to ensure that our IT infrastructure is always up-to-date and operational.

• What are you going to do?You provide first-line support to colleagues with IT questions and problems.
• You solve hardware and software problems, both remotely and on location.
• You install and configure hardware and software.
• You maintain and manage IT systems and networks.
• You document problems and solutions in our ticket system.
• You work together with other IT colleagues to improve IT processes.
• There are career opportunities in the long term towards server, network and application manager.
• You will perform this function entirely from our office in Montfoort. It is not a hybrid function.

• Who are we looking for?You have an MBO 3 or 4 IT management degree and are looking for the next step.
• You have good communication skills and can work well with different departments.
• Experience with network infrastructure and ITIL processes is an advantage.
• You have a proactive attitude and can eventually work independently.
• You would like to continue learning and developing yourself, possibly by taking training courses or courses.
• You tackle a challenge with both hands.
• You are available 28 to 40 hours a week.
• You live within a radius of ±30 km from Montfoort.
