Job Requirements
As a Junior Maintenance Engineer Wireline, you will be Troubleshooting, testing, assembly, disassembly and performing visual inspection of electronics, electro-mechanical/hydraulic assemblies
As a Junior Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Performing complex and difficult tasks with minimal supervision.
- Working with pre-defined procedures in line with established work practices and quality standards but in some exceptional situations expected to work with minimal instruction and documentation.
- Learning to identify equipment malfunctions and repair before catastrophic failure.
- Assisting in reworking, repairing and modifying non-conforming equipment
- Identifying and communicating technical problems by using logical troubleshooting techniques. Provide coaching to other technicians in areas of proven competence
- Assisting in incident investigations and troubleshooting
- Assisting in the enhancement of maintenance processes, documentation, and quality.
Work Experience
- Have a Bachelor Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics engineering
- Have relevant industry experience on electronic equipment and sensors with basic knowledge of mechanical, hydraulics preferred
- Have excellent electronic soldering skills and reading engineering diagrams skills
- Have the ability to show good multitask, problem-solving, process improvement and analytical skills
