Job Requirements
As a Junior Maintenance Engineer Wireline, you will be Troubleshooting, testing, assembly, disassembly and performing visual inspection of electronics, electro-mechanical/hydraulic assemblies

As a Junior Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Performing complex and difficult tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Working with pre-defined procedures in line with established work practices and quality standards but in some exceptional situations expected to work with minimal instruction and documentation.
  • Learning to identify equipment malfunctions and repair before catastrophic failure.
  • Assisting in reworking, repairing and modifying non-conforming equipment
  • Identifying and communicating technical problems by using logical troubleshooting techniques. Provide coaching to other technicians in areas of proven competence
  • Assisting in incident investigations and troubleshooting
  • Assisting in the enhancement of maintenance processes, documentation, and quality.

Work Experience

  • Have a Bachelor Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics engineering
  • Have relevant industry experience on electronic equipment and sensors with basic knowledge of mechanical, hydraulics preferred
  • Have excellent electronic soldering skills and reading engineering diagrams skills
  • Have the ability to show good multitask, problem-solving, process improvement and analytical skills
