Our client is a beverage manufacturing company, specializing in high-speed packaging operations, including Tetra Pak equipment. They are hiring a Junior Maintenance Engineer with deep technical expertise and hands-on experience in Tetra Pak system. At Least 1 year1 of experience and Millwright Certification.

Wage: $30 – $39/hour

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on Tetra Pak equipment experience
• Millwright certificate
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Good English communication skills
• Ability to commute to Aurora, Ontario
• Team player with a positive attitude

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair processing and packaging equipment (e.g. Tetra Pak, filling, capping, conveyor systems, etc.)
• Perform preventive maintenance as outlined in PM/TPMS schedules
• Support equipment operators in ensuring smooth and safe machine operation
• Execute changeovers for different volumes/formats
• Recommend and implement equipment improvements for productivity, safety, and compliance
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Environmental, Food Safety, and Quality policies
• Maintain daily maintenance logs and records of spare parts used
• Perform other duties as assigned
