SALARY: £28,500 PER ANNUM

Are you an ambitious finance professional looking to grow your career in a fast-paced, dynamic environment? Restore Harrow Green is seeking a Junior Accountant to join our Finance team and play a vital role in supporting our financial operations and business growth.
As a Junior Accountant, you will be instrumental in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting the management accounts process, and partnering with stakeholders across the business. Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and reconcile Balance Sheet accounts, taking full ownership of assigned areas
  • Analyse Balance Sheet transactions for accuracy and completeness
  • Support Finance Business Partners with preparation and review of company P&Ls
  • Act as a financial business partner to internal stakeholders across the company
  • Maintain and account for fixed assets, including depreciation and amortisation
  • Perform VAT calculations and submissions
  • Submit and reconcile company expenses and credit card transactions each month
  • Assist with intercompany maintenance and Head Office financial submissions
  • Prepare ad-hoc financial reports as needed
  • Provide audit support and assist with month-end and year-end processes
  • Ensure compliance and governance in all financial transactions
  • Liaise with other Group divisions to meet reporting requirements and compliance standards

About You

  • Relevant accountancy qualification or currently studying towards one (e.g., AAT, ACCA, CIMA)
  • Solid MS Excel skills confident in using formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience in a professional office environment
  • Previous experience in a similar finance/accounting role
  • A self-starter with a proactive and flexible approach to work
  • Able to meet strict deadlines and manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
