This function offers you the chance to work on one of ZEISS' key group programs and to drive harmonization and standardization of processes and structures that define the way how ZEISS will work for years to come. Your role You will support to achieve the best solution for ZEISS, balancing individual functional and segment needs by contributing to the lead to cash end-to-end process workstream Together with the Senior Manager of your stream, you will take on a supporting role, understanding and mastering the individual processes, in order to moderate between the ZEISS functions and process experts in a goal-oriented manner Together, you will steer and orchestrate necessary external consulting support within your workstream You support in the alignment of your workstream progress with the senior manager of your stream, ensuring effective planning, implementation and improvement measures of your workstream and thus make a significant contribution to the overall project success Participate in conducting functional tests, validating process configurations, and implementing strategies for improving process efficency Collaborate with global teams to support the roll-in of SAP S/HANA across various business units, aligning with the strategic objectives set by the Senior Manager Your profile a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering or a similar field of study preferred experience managing/coordinating projects in business process excellence - experience with SAP ERP transformations reporting experience, incl. requirement engineering, reporting architecture and various SAP reporting types results-oriented, analytical and organizational skills paired with strong change communications skills to develop and successfully implement strategic plans a strong change management perspective strong English skills Your ZEISS Recruiting Team: Andre Grunzel, Valerie le Maire Step out of your comfort zone, excel and redefine the limits of what is possible.
