Description

Job Summary: Works with more complex internal and external customers to procure payment of Accounts Receivable balances due. Performs activities under minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities: Works with more complex customers to process payments. Prepares statements of accounts for customers. Answers basic and complex customer inquiries. Prepares analysis of accounts. Conducts root cause analysis of late payments and suggests process improvements. Prepares month end reporting. Participates in and/or leads projects related to Accounts Receivable improvement. Performs other duties as assigned. Cummins is an equal opportunity employer. Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of customer accounts to ensure timely collection of outstanding balances and reduce delinquency. Perform account reconciliations, resolve billing disputes, and provide detailed MIS reporting on collection metrics.
