s a (Junior) Operations Manager (m/f/d), you will be an essential part of our Operations department. Your top priorities will include coordinating day-to-day operations, supporting the execution of our financial transactions in collaboration with our international clients and partners, and continuously developing our processes and procedures to scale our product. We organize ourselves as a team and work collaboratively and independently. We value interdisciplinary collaboration and short communication channels.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Participation in and leadership of initiatives for the continuous improvement of our operational processes and our entire product range.
- First point of contact for our operations team regarding complex product, process and customer-related issues, as well as support in handling and resolving questions from our customers and financing partners/banks.
- Coordination and support of the operations team in carrying out financial transactions and refinancings with our banks/financing partners in an international environment
- Transition of new customers into operational management and support of customer onboarding as an internal contact person for our Client Onboarding Team
- Creating reports for our customers as well as internal analyses of product performance and deriving improvement measures.

You bring the following qualities:
- A completed degree, e.g. in business administration or (industrial) engineering, commercial training or a comparable qualification
- Initial experience from a consulting firm, bank, FinTech or a similar environment
- The ability to quickly grasp and analyze complex relationships
- An independent working style with a focus on numbers, logic and processes.
- Excellent German and English skills as well as sound knowledge of MS Office applications
