About this Position What you´ll do Support the development and optimization of the external manufacturing footprint, including coordination of supplier relocation, tendering and onboarding activities Coordinate and track production ramp-ups with European and international contract manufacturers, ensuring timelines are met and issues are escalated when needed Monitor and analyze manufacturing performance in injection molding (e.g. OEE, process stability) and support shopfloor management and continuous improvement activities Support suppliers in problem solving during operational or escalation situations, applying structured methods (e.g. A3, root cause analysis) Contribute to cost optimization and waste reduction initiatives within the assigned portfolio by identifying improvement potentials and supporting implementation Collaborate with internal stakeholders (purchasing, supply chain, engineering, quality) and external partners to ensure smooth coordination of operational topics Support SHEQ and compliance audits and follow up on actions to ensure timely implementation and adherence to standards Coordinate technical and operational topics (e.g. specifications, requirements) between internal functions and suppliers to ensure alignment and proper execution What makes you a good fit Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering or a related field First professional experience (approx. 2+ years) in operations/manufacturing, supply chain or project management, ideally in an automotive or industrial environment Initial experience in coordinating projects or workstreams within cross-functional teams Good knowledge and practical exposure to Lean methodologies (e.g. 5S, SMED, problem solving) with a focus on identifying and supporting cost saving and waste reduction initiatives Strong analytical mindset with a structured and solution-oriented way of working Willingness to travel + category B driving licence Fluent English skills are a must Some perks of joining Henkel Flexible work scheme with flexible hours, hybrid work model, and work from anywhere policy for up to 30 days per year Diverse national and international growth opportunities Global wellbeing standards with health and preventive care programs Gender-neutral parental leave for a minimum of 8 weeks Employee Share Plan with voluntary investment and Henkel matching shares Company Pension Plan 100% financed by Henkel MEGA Preventive Health Insurance CareFlex Supplementary Care Insurance Mobility offer: My Henkel Bike and Jobticket At Henkel, we come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
