Job Description Overall Purpose: In charge of producing, analyzing, reporting and improving positions, risk metrics and PnL analysis. A leading role in designing, implementing and automating the risk reports and processes, with emphasis on process and tool improvement. Works on the re-architecting of the processes for Risks, emphasizing automation and analytics. Main responsibilities: From a market point of view: Collaborate closely with platforms and middle office to understand position and prices movements. Support risk manager in building key market risk indicators. Is interested and willing to learn / understand market movements and its drivers while staying update about relevant markets and news. From a process improvement standpoint: Work closely with the risk process to improve practices. Envisions and creates analytics to support risk analysis and reporting, including data visualization and dashboards. Design and implement improvements to the functionality of the Risk systems, providing analysis tools and reporting. Assist with the automation of data integration and reporting tasks. Qualifications Knowledge and Experience: Core requirements: 3+ year of work experience. Proven track record on project implementation. Able to support system improvement projects from the analysis to the execution. Able to interact with different internal counterparties and offices. Be willing to learn Market Risk methodologies and expand their knowledge on the subject matters. Knowledge of agri- commodities is a plus. Advance level in Excel. Experience in coding Excel Macros and PowerBi/Analyze in Excel. SAS is a plus. Education: University degree in Business administration/Accounting/Finance. Postgraduate degree is a plus. Languages: Fluent English is a must. Systems: Advanced in Excel and Macros. PowerBi / Analyzed in Excel. Other skills and competencies: Proactive. Analytical. Likes to drive improvement and leave the workplace in a better state. Personable, Well spoken, Friendly, Good in negotiating solutions, Flexible.
