Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Marketing Analyst to join our Marketing team at 1GLOBAL. The role will focus on data analysis, reporting, automation, and research to drive marketing and sales enablement initiatives across our B2B & B2C portfolio. The analyst will work closely with marketing & growth team to uncover insights, optimize campaigns, and support strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain dashboards and performance reports across marketing and sales enablement functions Automate recurring reporting processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and scalability Conduct deep-dive analysis on lead generation, funnel conversion, and campaign ROI Support sales enablement by researching target accounts, industries, and market trends Provide actionable insights to improve targeting, messaging, and pipeline quality Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing performance with business objectives Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement automation where possible Must Have 3+ years’ experience in marketing analytics, business analysis, or a related role (B2B preferred) Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, Google Analytics, BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker) Experience with marketing and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) Analytical thinker with strong number-crunching and problem-solving skills Strong communication skills to present insights clearly to marketing and sales leadership (English) Proactive mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Nice to Have A degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is a plus, but not mandatory Why 1GLOBAL?
