Responsibilities :

• Assist in managing client accounts with various customer bases across the Durham region
• Provide superior customer service to customers and clients
• Demonstrate sales expertise by adding new customer base while also nurturing strong relationships with existing clients
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, understand their needs to provide them with personally tailored solutions
• Provide comprehensive and accurate product information to customers
• Identify and address customer concerns
• Collaborate and support the sales and management teams in developing strategies for business development
• Must be dedicated to cultivating a team environment that encourages and rewards honesty, professionalism, respect and inclusion

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1-3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a similar role
• Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, analyze and read customers to provide innovative customer solutions
• Outgoing and energetic personality that easily allows you to connect with customers and clients
• Capable of working well in a team and independently
• Customer service oriented - ready to go the extra mile for colleagues and clients
• Responsible, proactive, accountable
• Goal oriented
• Must be looking an in person role (not work from home) and full time hours
