SASMAR is seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Junior Marketing Assistant to join our marketing team. In this entry-level role, you will provide vital support to our marketing efforts by assisting with various projects and tasks that enhance brand visibility and engagement. Key Responsibilities Assist in the implementation of marketing campaigns and activities across various channels. Help create and manage marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and promotional content. Conduct market research to gather insights on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences. Support social media management by scheduling posts, engaging with audiences, and monitoring analytics. Coordinate logistics for marketing events, trade shows, and product launches. Assist with administrative tasks related to the marketing department, including maintaining databases and tracking budgets. Collaborate with team members on brainstorming sessions and creative initiatives to promote our brand. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred. Some experience or internships in marketing or related areas is a plus, but not required. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. A positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
