We are seeking a proactive and creative Junior Marketing Associate to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including live events, promotions, and brand activations Support the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, and branded merchandise Help coordinate event logistics, including setup, registration, and on-site support Represent client brands at promotional events, engaging with customers and attendees Track and analyze campaign performance, including event attendance and customer feedback Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with brand guidelines and objectives Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategies Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance marketing efforts Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred Previous experience or internship in marketing, event coordination, promotions, or customer engagement is a plus Strong written and verbal communication skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Energetic, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with basic marketing tools is helpful Why Join Us?
