The Role We’re looking for a Junior Marketing & Content Coordinator to support our marketing team with day-to-day execution. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who’s organized, creative, and ready to build hands-on experience across multiple marketing channels. You’ll help us bring ideas to life through content creation, social media, events, and reporting while working closely with the Product Marketing Coordinator and reporting to the Marketing Lead. What You’ll Do Draft, edit, and publish content for social media (LinkedIn, X, and more) Support blog post drafting and basic copywriting Create visuals and short-form videos (Canva, CapCut, or similar tools) Assist with scheduling posts and maintaining the content calendar Track performance metrics and prepare weekly reports Engage with the online community (comments, shares, replies) Support email marketing campaigns and newsletters Assist in event coordination (industry conferences, webinars, trade shows) Collaborate with the marketing team on ad-hoc tasks and projects 1–2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or digital media Very organized and detail-oriented Strong writing and editing skills, with attention to detail Comfortable managing multiple deadlines, tracking tasks, and following structured workflows. Willing to jump into new tools and platforms quickly (whether that’s HubSpot, WordPress, Canva, or event platforms). Basic design and video editing abilities (Canva, CapCut, or equivalent) Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (HubSpot, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.) Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and deadlines Team player with strong communication skills Education in Marketing, Communications, or Digital Marketing is preferred but not required Preferred Knowledge & Credentials Coursework or certification in Inbound Marketing, digital Marketing, Communications, or Digital Media Familiarity with content marketing principles (HubSpot Academy, Google Digital Garage, or similar) Basic knowledge of SEO and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, or equivalent) Exposure to marketing platforms (HubSpot, Uber Suggests, Mailchimp, etc.) Understanding of social media best practices for B2B brands Salary: $40,000–$50,000, depending on skills and experience In-person office environment in Vancouver (hybrid option after probation) Office snacks and a friendly, collaborative team Opportunity to learn from experienced marketers in a fast-growing startup leading energy strategy for data centers Exposure to both B2B technology and the clean energy/AI industries How to Apply Please submit your resume and answer the application questions.
