Gruppo Terroni is seeking a Junior Marketing Coordinator to join our passionate Marketing team and share our deep-rooted love of Italian food, culture, and tradition. From our humble beginnings on Queen West in 1992, we’ve grown into a multi-faceted, family-run operation with restaurants, bakeries, commissaries, and retail stores in Toronto and Los Angeles under the brands Terroni, Sud Forno, Spaccio, Cavinona Wine Agency, and La Bottega di Terroni online shop.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Degree or diploma in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related discipline

Strong copywriting and editing skills; ability to write in a clear, compelling, and brand-aligned voice

  • Tech-savvy and familiar with digital tools and platforms
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Lightroom, etc.)
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and propose improvements
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
  • Understanding of written and oral Italian is considered an asset
Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing strategies and campaigns across all brands
  • Help manage social media channels including content planning, scheduling, customer interaction and account maintenance
  • Support multimedia production: coordinating shoots, working with chefs, managing props and shoot logistics
  • Write and edit copy for newsletters, blog posts, social media content, and internal communications
  • Maintain and further develop company wide internal communication platforms
  • Assist in maintaining company website, gift card platform, and e-commerce store—including product uploads, content optimization and analytics tracking
  • Support with email marketing including assistance with automation, segmentation, and performance optimization
  • Maintain third-party platforms such as Google My Business, OpenTable, and delivery service platforms
  • Review analytics across digital channels and provide insights and recommendations based on performance
  • Ensure all brand communications align with our visual and written identity guidelines
