POSITION: JUNIOR DIGITAL MARKETING COORDINATOR (ON-SITE IN LAVAL)

We are seeking a talented and self-motivated Junior Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This on-site position is based in Laval, QC, offering the opportunity to work closely with the team in a collaborative and supportive environment on various marketing projects. You will work closely with the graphic department and social media department, and report directly to the Marketing Director.
Note: This role requires bilingual proficiency. Work will be conducted approximately 80% in English and 20% in French.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • DEC in Marketing or equivalent education/background.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word).
  • Experience using Photoshop and Canva for graphic design and content creation.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) and their respective best practices.
  • Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written) – must be comfortable working 80% in English and 20% in French.
  • Strong internet skills with the ability to navigate different platforms with ease.
  • Proactive attitude with a desire to learn new skills and grow professionally.

  • Collaborate with the graphic design and social media teams to ensure alignment and consistency.
  • Report progress and insights regularly to the Marketing Director.
