The Junior Marketing Executive will work closely with both the marketing and sales teams to support campaigns, generate leads and optimise strategies to drive revenue growth.
This role will be involved in promoting and helping align marketing efforts with sales objectives and contributing to the execution of integrated campaigns that deliver results.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Local Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field. No experience is welcome as there will be guidance.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work closely with the sales and marketing teams to meet common objectives.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools, technologies and processes.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and assist in developing strategies to reach potential clients.
  • Coordinate and track lead generation campaigns, helping sales teams to follow up and convert leads into customers.
  • Assist in the execution of digital marketing campaigns (e.g., email marketing, social media, online ads) to generate leads that support sales objectives.
  • Support the creation of engaging marketing content such as blog posts, social media and presentations that will assist the sales process.
  • Assist in designing and maintaining sales collateral that helps the sales team present products or services effectively.
  • Handle day-to-day marketing operations, including scheduling meetings, managing documentation and supporting team coordination.
