JOB OVERVIEW

We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Marketing Executive to join the Oven Rescue team. In this role, you’ll manage content on social media, run email and SMS campaigns, and support digital advertising. Alongside marketing, you’ll handle key admin tasks such as responding to franchise enquiries, setting up profiles and booking links, and supporting new franchisees as they onboard.

EXPERIENCE

  • 1 year in marketing, admin, or social media support (agency or in-house).
  • Confident using Canva, social platforms, and email tools (e.g. Mailchimp, HubSpot).
  • Must be aged 18 or over and not in full-time education.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.

GCSE or equivalent in:

  • English (C - Grade 4 or above)
  • Maths (C- Grade 4 or above)
  • Any three other subjects (Grade 4 or above)

SKILLS

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proficient IT skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
  • A team player with the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to bring fresh ideas.
  • Initiative and a proactive approach to tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Content & Social Media – Create content for social media to engage B2C customers and promote franchise growth. Manage posts, captions, and engagement across platforms.
  • SEO & Website Updates – Support website updates and content additions for new franchisees, while prioritising SEO improvements.
  • Email & SMS Marketing – Develop and send B2B franchise recruitment emails. Manage workflows, automations, and SMS campaigns to nurture leads and support communication.
  • Franchise Onboarding Support – Help new franchisees get started by setting up email signatures, booking links, Facebook pages, and Google Business profiles. Ensure they receive brand kits and are added to the website.
  • Admin & Enquiries – Respond to franchise enquiries and provide ongoing operational support.
