Skills and Experience:

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Able to manage multiple projects, deadlines and client relationships effectively.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented and proactive.
• Ideally, some experience working in a sales, customer service or marketing environment or managing teams, but we’ll train the right person

• Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and objectives, ensuring that sales and marketing campaigns meet their goals.
• Supporting the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies that make a difference.
• Coordinating with different teams to deliver successful campaigns across multiple industries.
• Managing client contracts, keeping track of timelines, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Overseeing and managing a small, dynamic team, fostering a collaborative and positive work culture.
• Engaging with clients to provide regular updates, feedback and insights on campaign performance.
• Contributing to brainstorming sessions, helping to shape the creative direction of marketing projects.
