ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Junior Marketing Manager, you’ll work directly with our sales and marketing teams to launch and support retail campaigns for our clients. You’ll be hands-on with customer engagement, brand representation, and campaign coordination. From day one, you’ll begin learning the skills to move into leadership roles within the company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with the planning and rollout of retail marketing campaigns
• Engage directly with customers to promote products and build brand awareness
• Build strong customer relationships to support retention and satisfaction
• Collaborate with team members and connect with top performers across the company
• Take part in ongoing leadership development and management training
