Description

As part of our global marketing team, you will actively contribute to social media activities and support a variety of international campaigns. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Content Creation – Developing engaging content for multiple social media platforms.
  • Campaign Management – Planning and executing creative advertising campaigns.
  • Social Media Listening – Identifying industry trends and thought leadership opportunities.
  • Design & Branding – Collaborating with the brand team on visual concepts for campaigns.

Additionally, you will gain valuable experience in other marketing areas, such as:
Event Management – Assisting in organizing international events.
Public Relations – Supporting PR strategies and media relations.
CSR Initiatives – Engaging in corporate social responsibility projects.
Cross-Department Collaboration – Working closely with Sales & teams to enhance marketing impact.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • University degree or completed vocational training in marketing, media management, or a related field.
  • Alternatively, 1–2 years of experience in an agency or marketing environment.

PROFESSIONAL SKILLS

  • Passion for Social Media & B2B Marketing – prior experience is a plus.
  • Interest in the IT sector or previous exposure to IT-related topics.
  • Familiarity with Social Media Ads or eagerness to learn.
  • Proficiency in MS Office – knowledge of design tools is a plus!

LANGUAGE SKILLS

  • Excellent German and English skills (written and spoken).
  • Good knowledge of French or Spanish is an advantage.

SOFT SKILLS

  • Enthusiasm for Community Building & Digital Marketing Trends.
  • Structured, proactive, and team-oriented mindset.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with different stakeholders.
