At Huel, we’re building one of the world’s most exciting food brands - bold in our campaigns, loved for our products, and ambitious in our goals. As Junior Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering 360° campaigns that span digital and retail. This is a hands-on role where you’ll learn fast and take real ownership - from planning influencer campaigns and creative activations to managing budgets and tracking performance. It’s a unique chance to gain exposure across all channels, sharpen your skills, and make a tangible impact on how Huel shows up in the UK market.

Here’s a glimpse of what you’ll be involved in:

• Plan and manage parts of our UK marketing calendar, helping shape 360 launch plans for product drops, activations, and brand moments.
• Deploy and track marketing budgets across paid media, partnerships, content, and sampling.
• Coordinate activity across Meta, YouTube, influencers, out-of-home, PR, and experiential.
• Brief creative teams and help manage asset development across formats, ensuring everything lands on time and on-brand.
• Track campaign performance, build reports, and help the team stay accountable to KPIs.
• Work closely with the Media and Retail teams to connect awareness-driving activity with in-store outcomes.
