As part of our dynamic, ambitious, and data-driven Paid Social & App Marketing Team, you’ll join a supportive environment that values collaboration, innovation, and knowledge-sharing. We work with focus and passion – whether through close project collaboration or connecting at team events. As a Junior Marketing Manager (m/f/d) App Marketing, you will support the planning, execution, and optimization of app marketing and paid social campaigns across multiple platforms. You will work closely with experienced team members, gain hands-on experience, and contribute to improving campaign performance. Responsibilities Support the planning, execution, and optimization of app marketing campaigns (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Google, Apple) Assist in defining, monitoring, and analyzing KPIs (e.g., ROAS, CPI) Support budget tracking and performance reporting Conduct analyses, A/B tests, and smaller experiments to improve campaign performance Monitor market trends and assist in identifying growth opportunities Collaborate with Design, Media, Analytics, and Tech teams on campaign execution and creatives Document results and help derive initial insights and recommendations Requirements Degree in business administration or a related field (e.g., media management, e-commerce) First practical experience in app marketing or performance marketing (e.g., internships or working student roles) Strong analytical mindset and interest in data-driven marketing Knowledge of app marketing or paid social is a plus Initial experience with tools such as Adjust, Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, or similar platforms is a plus Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
