Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As (Junior) Marketing Manager, you will help bring DAZN’s brand and content propositions to life through impactful campaigns across copy, visuals, and video. Working within the marketing team, you’ll partner with internal creative resources and external agencies to deliver high-quality, cross-platform activations. You’ll also collaborate closely with acquisition, CRM, and editorial teams to ensure consistency, creativity, and maximum effectiveness in every initiative. From ideation to execution, you’ll be responsible for translating sporting moments into marketing opportunities that resonate with fans and influence their decision to subscribe. This role requires strong communication skills, a flair for creativity, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment where football and sports culture play a central role.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Campaign development – support the team in developing brand & proposition, trading and engagement campaign assets in collaboration with internal and external creative teams from briefing to delivery to all stakeholders
  • Content merchandising - Execute all on-platform marketing communication across TV and Mobile app to drive engagement or up/ cross sell. Own the execution process from aligning the brief with the CRM team, develop assets with creative teams and oversight of execution with content/ platform teams
  • Product marketing communication - Localize our product marketing communication across for all touchpoints on the platform
  • Ancillary product/ feature marketing - collaborate with global and third party product owners to market propositions outside of our core subscription offering (e.g. Third Party Subscriptions like NHL TV, Rally TV or DAZN Bet)
  • Influencer Marketing – Support the development and execution of influencer marketing programs to drive brand engagement and sales.
