Your mission As a Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our brand’s success by strategically planning and creating impactful content, customizing campaigns for target audiences, enhancing marketing strategies, managing email and event initiatives, collaborating across departments, producing high-quality marketing materials, and coordinating with external partners. Strategic planning and content creation: You will develop and create key digital content along the customer journey to effectively generate demand and leads. Targeted content customisation: You adapt content specifically for target customers and ensure its distribution via optimal touchpoints, including social media and search engine advertising. Further development of marketing strategies: You are actively involved in the further development of our marketing strategies and the positioning of our brand. Email marketing: You plan and realise high-performance email campaigns to activate and reactivate our target groups. Event management: You will conceptualise and coordinate trade fair appearances and participation in events and congresses. Collaboration with specialist departments: You work closely with various specialist departments to precisely address target groups and implement sales-promoting marketing campaigns. Content creation: You create or procure content for brochures, flyers, texts as well as image and video material Management of external partners: You will be responsible for managing our external agencies and service providers. Your profile You have a degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a comparable field. You have at least 2 years of professional experience and feel at home in the field of content or creative marketing. Ideally, you have industry experience in software or in an agency environment and bring knowledge in B2B marketing. You are proficient in the conception and application of content marketing strategies and have a good sense of storytelling and target audience communication. You are highly self-motivated, work independently, structured, and solution-oriented. You are competent in using marketing tools such as CMS (Wordpress) and CRM tools (Hubspot) You are fluent in both German and English at a C2 level. Why us?
