We’re looking for a smart, hungry (Junior) Marketing Manager for Organic Channels to accelerate our growth across content, SEO, social media, and in-app campaigns. Someone who loves creating, testing, iterating — and isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty. Tasks 1. Blog & SEO content Research and write weekly SEO-friendly blog posts in the language learning / EdTech space (in English) Update and optimize existing posts to improve rankings and conversions Coordinate with CEO on topics, briefs, and content strategy 2. Weekly newsletters Draft engaging, useful emails to our users that highlight new features, challenges, and learning tips Improve open and click-through rates through experimentation\ 3. Daily social media content Produce educational shorts for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts using HeyGen Take existing longer-form content and repurpose it into multiple short pieces Help define the voice and style of Heylama across social channels 4. Social campaigns & community activation Plan and run challenges, competitions, raffles, and engagement campaigns Collaborate with creators or users to amplify reach Come up with bold ideas that increase daily active use and virality 5. App Store product experiments Assist in planning and executing App Store page tests (copy, screenshots, creatives) Coordinate A/B experiments and track performance Work with our design resources to generate assets Requirements You don’t have to know everything on day one — we can teach the right person. What we care about: Must-haves Strong AI skills - you're on a first-name basis with LLMs and are a master prompter Strong writing skills (English) Proven track record creating content that performs (social, blog, or newsletters) Curiosity, initiative, and willingness to learn fast Analytical mindset — you care about what works, not just what looks pretty Ability to work independently and ship consistently Nice-to-haves Experience with TikTok / Reels creation Knowledge of SEO fundamentals Familiarity with App Store Optimization (ASO) Background in EdTech, language learning, or consumer apps Basic design or video editing skills Personality fit Low ego, high drive.
