Junior Marketing Specialist
Inno Foods Group is a Global Food production facility in high-end luxury snack industry. We are looking for an experienced Junior Marketing Specialist to execute marketing campaigns, manage content and assist with customer engagement. This role provides hands-on experience across marketing functions including project management, social media, content creation, analytics, and cross-team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities

  1. Marketing & Project Support
  • Assist in executing marketing campaigns and local promotional initiatives.
  • Help develop and manage timelines, processes, and briefs for creative projects (ads, email, web, and print).
  • Support annual advertising plans, product launches, and media campaigns.
  • Coordinate with agencies and vendors, providing feedback on creative assets and ensuring brand consistency.
  • Conduct basic competitive analysis and help track marketing KPIs.
  1. Social Media & Content Creation
  • Plan, capture, edit, and publish photos and videos for social and digital channels.
  • Maintain content calendars for multiple brands (Inno Foods, High Point Resort, West Coast Edge Furniture).
  • Participate in content shoots, including occasional on-camera appearances and travel (up to 2 short trips per month).
  • Monitor social metrics, run simple A/B tests, and prepare performance reports.
  • Stay informed on trends and help maintain consistent brand storytelling.
  1. Customer Support & Community Engagement (Inno Foods)
  • Respond to customer inquiries (email, phone, social) within 24 hours.
  • Use Gorgias to manage tickets, categorize issues, and document responses.
  • Follow customer care protocols and escalate complex issues as needed.
  • Summarize recurring issues or feedback for the marketing and operations teams.
  1. Cross-Functional & Administrative Support
  • Work with QA, logistics, and marketing teams to help resolve customer and campaign issues.
  • Maintain organized records of content, customer feedback, and campaign data.
  • Adapt to shifting priorities and support the team with administrative tasks.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Basic skills in content creation (photo/video editing tools).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
  • Experience managing e-commerce websites and marketplaces (Shopify, Amazon, Walmart Seller Center, Costco portal – experience in these platforms is an asset).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $24.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
