Mission Brief Support the Marketing & Events Manager in developing and delivering innovative marketing and event solutions for various target audiences to drive company impact. Your Role in Our Space Mission: Support the planning and execution of a wide variety of events including internal, external, conferences, leadership appearances, launches, and stakeholder visits, and leveraging them to maximize their impact Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and suppliers to ensure events run efficiently and cost effectively Support with marketing campaigns, CRM, and general customer communication Manage and maintain budgets, negotiating contracts and fees with vendors and suppliers Maintain and leverage an internal customer database to streamline processes Support with launch events, preparations and visitors Leverage events and visits for social media and email campaigns to maximize event exposure in alignment with key stakeholders Collaborate with the design team to develop and produce promotional material and support with updating and developing the Isar Online Shop Follow latest industry trends and provide recommendations and ideas for future initiatives Coordinate and deliver regular post-event retros and provide best practice learnings for future events and marketing topics Support the Chief Commercial Officer with specific client and event tasks as necessary.
