As a Junior MarTech Specialist (Mobile App focus), you will support the setup, maintenance, and monitoring of clients’ mobile app marketing and tracking systems. You will work closely with team members to ensure Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) such as Adjust and AppsFlyer are correctly configured and functioning properly. You will be onboarded into mobile attribution and tracking systems, quickly gaining hands-on experience with troubleshooting issues and helping ensure that tracking, event collection, and campaign data are correctly recorded across advertising platforms. You will also help maintain mobile app data feeds and marketing datasets, ensuring data quality and supporting updates under guidance from senior colleagues. In addition, you will contribute to reporting and dashboard creation by preparing data and supporting the build of simple visualizations that help teams understand campaign performance and user acquisition. You will support internal teams and clients such as Rewe, Audible, and Telekom by assisting in maintaining reliable tracking setups and helping resolve basic data or integration issues. Deine Aufgaben Support the setup and maintenance of Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) such as Adjust and AppsFlyer, helping ensure accurate tracking and attribution functionality. Assist in identifying and troubleshooting basic tracking or event issues in mobile app campaigns. Help maintain and update clients’ product feeds and marketing datasets, ensuring data is correctly structured and validated. Support the connection of marketing tools and data sources to improve visibility of campaign performance. building and updating dashboards and visualizations in tools such as Clarisights, Adverity, and Google Sheets. Work with senior team members and developers to understand technical requirements and support implementation tasks. Monitor tracking setups and reporting flows to help ensure data accuracy and reliability. You don’t have experience in all those tasks? No worries! Dein Profil Background: Background in data engineering, analytics engineering, or a related discipline, with an interest in marketing data, tracking systems, and campaign attribution. Product Feeds: Basic understanding of product feed structures; experience with tools like ProductsUp is a plus. Mobile Measurement Partners: Introductory knowledge of MMPs (Adjust, AppsFlyer); willingness to learn troubleshooting and tracking fundamentals. Advertising Platforms: Familiarity with platforms such as Meta, Google, Apple Search Ads, or TikTok (hands-on experience is a plus). Data & Reporting: experience working with Excel or Google Sheets; understanding of simple data handling and reporting. Automation & AI Tools: Interest in tools such as ChatGPT, Make.com, or Google Sheets automation; no advanced experience required. Analytical Mindset: Curious and detail-oriented, with a willingness to learn how data supports marketing decisions. Communication & Collaboration: Able to communicate clearly, ask questions, and work effectively within a team. Working Style: Structured, proactive, and eager to develop technical and analytical skills. Languages: Fluent in English (spoken and written); German is a plus but not required.
