The ideal candidate can grow to have the ability to expedite the flow of materials between various departments within production. This position requires strong communication skills and attention to detail. Requirements Responsibilities: Assist with creating kits for all Production orders including the Machine Shop. Assist Material Manager with submitting RFQ’s for parts as needed. Enter required product information as necessary Coordination of receiving parts to validate on-time delivery to customers. Ability to move materials between manufacturing departments. Monitor all chemicals and document expiration dates. Enter Serial Numbers in system, expedite shortages, perform cycle counts, and stage material. Other duties as assigned. Knowledge & Skills: Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel. ERP system knowledge and experience (SAP Business One a plus). Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Attention to detail. Strong analytical, problem solving, and math skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED required. Experience in a Manufacturing Company a plus. Knowledge of supply chain management and manufacturing processes a plus. U.S. citizenship required. Why should you join Haigh-Farr?
