Job Description JOB PURPOSE: 完成工厂内焊接工装维护,新品导入，确保工装及满焊产出优良焊接产品。 JOB DUTIES: 负责自身安全工作，评估安全风险，监督同事的安全行为，识别工作场所安全隐患。严格遵守公司各项规章制度。主动学习各种机械结构及焊接相关设备知识，熟悉机械设计原理，常见工装故障易损件统计及改善，拼点不良判断识别及人机工程应用优化等。确保拼点人员按照标准作业，指导教育拼点人员标准作业，指出不足并改进，能够对拼点人员进行机械设计及换型操作关联知识的教育培训。熟悉产品图纸及焊接工艺；对BTS件进行设计放量及反变形考量，确认最佳BTS图纸并发布；按时完成NPI工件工装的设计及引进，跟踪NPI工件制作情况，提出人机工程改善建议。确保高的工装定位精度，对工装进行周期性管理。分析拼点作业过程进行作业分解找出作业浪费，配合工程师提高换型效率及安全性，配合进行NPI机型的扩展。能在NPI全程跟踪整理拼点时所产生的问题进行汇总，报告工程师并在工程师指导下有效解决问题。对工装局部改动及故障履历进行记录，必要时形成报告。制作拼点作业标准书，OPL，OJT课程，消耗品标准制定。 Posting Dates: 九月 26, 2025 - 九月 30, 2025 Caterpillar is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
