Job Description We are seeking a motivated Junior Mechanical Engineer with an interest in Mechanical, Plumbing, and Fire-Fighting systems to join our team. This entry-level role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in building services engineering, working on a range of projects under the guidance of senior engineers. Key Responsibilities Support the design and delivery of mechanical building services systems (HVAC, plumbing, and fire-fighting) from concept through detailed design and construction. Contribute to calculations, drawings, specifications, and technical documentation using CAD/BIM tools, ensuring coordination with other disciplines. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders to support interface coordination and resolve technical queries. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Fluent in Italian and English. 1-3 years of experience with an engineering firm in a mechanical role. Basic knowledge of Mechanical systems and building services design principles. Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software (preferred). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Assist in the preparation of design reports, Health & Safety files, O&M manuals, and provide technical support to bids and tenders, including quantity take-offs. Develop technical skills through on-the-job learning and mentoring, while staying informed on relevant codes, standards and sustainability practices.
