JUNIOR MECHANICAL PROJECT COORDINATOR (HVAC + PLUMBING)

Cynergy Mechanical is seeking a talented Junior Mechanical Project Coordinator to join our professional, integrated team. In this role, you’ll help deliver small to medium-sized mechanical projects, ensuring smooth execution from planning through to close-out. ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

Educational Foundation: A degree in Mechanical Engineering, a college diploma, or equivalent industry experience that provides a solid knowledge base.
Industry Experience: 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or procurement, ideally in the mechanical industry.
Passion for Innovation: A genuine interest in mechanical construction processes and a drive to contribute to impactful and innovative service projects.
Core Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, and communication abilities, allowing you to excel both independently and in collaborative settings.
Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., MS Project), ensuring efficient and streamlined workflows.
Interpersonal Excellence: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, clients, and team members.
Adaptability: A proven ability to navigate fast-paced environments and shifting priorities with confidence and ease.
Industry Knowledge (Preferred): Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and safety practices in the mechanical industry is an asset but not required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - PROCUREMENT

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in project coordination or administration in the mechanical contracting or construction sector.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with HVAC, plumbing, and refrigeration systems; ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Software Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); experience with project management tools is an asset.
• Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Communication Skills: Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal; confident in preparing client-ready documents and reports.
• Professionalism: Committed to high standards of quality, safety, and client care.
• Team Player: Able to collaborate effectively with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients.
