JUNIOR MECHANICAL PROJECT COORDINATOR (HVAC + PLUMBING)

Cynergy Mechanical is seeking a talented Junior Mechanical Project Coordinator to join our professional, integrated team. In this role, you’ll help deliver small to medium-sized mechanical projects, ensuring smooth execution from planning through to close-out. You’ll be working with an experienced team, skilled field technicians, and industry-leading clients—making this a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

Educational Foundation: A degree in Mechanical Engineering, a college diploma, or equivalent industry experience that provides a solid knowledge base.
Industry Experience: 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or procurement, ideally in the mechanical industry.
Passion for Innovation: A genuine interest in mechanical construction processes and a drive to contribute to impactful and innovative service projects.
Core Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, and communication abilities, allowing you to excel both independently and in collaborative settings.
Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., MS Project), ensuring efficient and streamlined workflows.
Interpersonal Excellence: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, clients, and team members.
Adaptability: A proven ability to navigate fast-paced environments and shifting priorities with confidence and ease.
Industry Knowledge (Preferred): Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and safety practices in the mechanical industry is an asset but not required.
