We are seeking a Junior Mechanical Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial delivery of mechanical projects across Ireland & Europe, primarily within the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences sector Key Responsibilities: Assist with cost control, forecasting, and Monthly reporting. Support subcontractor procurement, valuations, and payments Track variations and change orders Carry out measurement and take‑offs from drawings and BIM Contribute to monthly commercial reporting Support senior QSs on site in Ireland and across Europe Requirements: Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction, Mechanical Engineering, or similar Strong numerical and Excel skills Willingness to travel across Europe Proactive attitude with a desire to learn and progress What We Offer: Structured career progression Exposure to large‑scale European pharma projects Supportive commercial team and mentoring environment We provide a competitive salary that reflects your experience and qualifications.
