REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in an e-commerce or retail environment (preferred)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Comfortable using spreadsheets and e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopify, Amazon Seller Central)
• A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn
• Passion for pets and knowledge of pet products is a strong plus

THE ROLE

As an Junior Merchandiser, you’ll play a key role in helping to manage and grow our online sales channels. This is a varied role that would suit someone who is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about animals and online retail.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Uploading and updating product listings across multiple platforms (e.g. Amazon, eBay, Shopify)
• Writing engaging and accurate product descriptions
• Assisting with online promotions, pricing, and merchandising
• Helping with content creation, including product imagery and basic editing
• Supporting the marketing team with newsletters and social media campaigns
