REQUIREMENTS:

• Retail exposure as merchandiser in the small electrical and homeware retail industry
• Matric / Grade 12 certificate
• Clear criminal record
• South African citizen / Permanent South African Resident
• Bilingual in English and Afrikaans
• Reside in/or near the area
• Reliable transports (public transport will be accepted, if reliable)
• Must be prepared to work weekends and public holidays

• Merchandising small electrical products and homeware
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure merchandising standards are maintained
• Ensure correct pricing, promotions and product displays in all stores
• Support promotional planning and in-store execution
• Provide administrative support to buyers
• Liaising with warehouses
• Doing stock takes
• Assist customers on the shop floor if need arises
