We're looking for a talented Junior to Mid-Level Full-Stack Developer to join our team.

You should have some commercial experience working on digital projects such as responsive websites, web applications, SaaS products, or internal business systems.

The role will involve a combination of frontend and backend development, with a strong focus on building reliable, user-friendly web applications. Since we're a growing agency, you may also be invited to client-facing or project-planning meetings at times.

This position is based in our office, at Clayton, Victoria.

Highly Preferred Skills:

• 1+ year of commercial web development experience or a similar portfolio of work
• Experience with TypeScript and modern JavaScript, SASS, cross-browser responsive apps
• React, Node.js Experience
• Good knowledge of relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL
• Good understanding of domains, DNS, hosting, email, and SSL
• AI experience with vibe-coding, Models, AI-IDEs, agents.
• Ability to write and maintain automated tests
• Genuine enthusiasm to learn and grow
• Good interpersonal, writing and communication skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience designing REST APIs or reusable software packages
• Experience building SaaS or multi-tenant applications
• Docker, Linux, or cloud hosting experience

• Experience with Redis, background jobs, or workflow systems
