About the Job An opportunity has arisen for a Junior Mixologist to join the F&B Service team in Jumeirah Burj Al Arab. The main duties and responsibilities of this role: To deliver best in class drinks to specification consistently and have a good knowledge of all beverages beyond those stocked in the restaurant and has a working knowledge of classic cocktails and drinks. To assist the bar manager in managing stock, ordering, returns, and stock takes. Receive and log all deliveries. To have a full understanding of the brand concept, history and vision and can explain when asked. To have impeccable knowledge of all products in the portfolio and make all drinks as per the brand standard. To understand and comply with all local licensing laws and to promote responsible service of alcohol. To lead by example with excellent customer service. To always aim to exceed expectation. About You The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience in relevant role within the international luxury hospitality industry in a similar role.
