Generate new mortgage leads through networking, referrals, and direct outreach.

• Assess client needs and recommend suitable mortgage solutions.
• Guide clients through the mortgage application and approval process.
• Liaise with banks, clients, real estate agents, and internal teams to ensure smooth processing.
• Stay updated with the latest mortgage products, bank policies, and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and ensure timely follow-up with clients.
• Achieve quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in English; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-oriented.
• Proven experience in mortgage sales or real estate would be an advantage.

Salary: Basic salary with target based incentives
