Description Job Title: Junior .NET Software Engineer Reports to: IT Manager Supervisory Responsibilities: None Position Objective / Summary: We are currently hiring a Junior .NET Software Engineer to work closely with our small development team to develop and maintain custom web and desktop software to align with our business needs while driving automation where possible. Your main responsibilities will include: • Contribute to all levels of the development lifecycle, including design, development, coding, testing, and debugging, to help us deliver high-quality solutions to business problems • Writing testable, scalable, and efficient code • Conducting peer code reviews and providing constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices • Work with both web and desktop software development projects within different disciplines and coding languages • Staying updated with the latest technologies and industry trends, continuously enhancing technical skills, and driving innovation within the development team • Collaborate with stakeholders and our software architect to understand business requirements and technical requirements as needed • Proper use of AI tools to assist when appropriate Requirements Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: the requirements listed below represent the knowledge, skill, and /or ability required.
