We are looking for a Junior No-Code Consultant / Developer to join our team. If you’re a problem-solver who loves technology but prefers building sleek, functional solutions over writing thousands of lines of legacy code, this is for you. We work with Creatio, a world-class platform that allows us to build complex enterprise software at lightning speed. You won't just be a cog in the machine; you’ll be designing systems that real people use every day to make their work lives easier. What you will be doing: Building Apps: Using low-code/no-code tools to create UI, dashboards, and complex business logic. Problem Solving: Analyzing how a business works and figuring out how to make it 10x more efficient. Connecting Systems: Working with APIs (REST) and basic SQL/JavaScript to make different platforms talk to each other. Collaborating: Working closely with Senior Architects and Project Managers in an agile, ego-free environment. Tech-Curious: You might not be a Senior Dev, but you understand logic, data structures, and how the web works. You are familiar with with C#, SQL, or have some experience with platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zapier. Analytical: You enjoy deconstructing a problem until you find the most elegant solution. Communicator: You can explain technical concepts in plain English (B2+ level required).
