Location: Wageningen, Netherlands Hybrid 6-month fixed-term contract (maternity cover from early March to end of August) About the position You will be part of the Global Nutrition team. You will contribute to the internal centre of excellence of the Nutrition team, where you develop and manage nutrition knowledge to ensure the most up-to-date and relevant information is always available for the team and the wider business. In this role, you will work together with various stakeholders both within the R&D department as well as internal Marketing and Communication teams. You will make an impact by bringing nutrition science into practice. You will: Develop nutrition knowledge through nutrition-related deep dives Conduct scientific literature reviews and translate findings into business communication and implications Create factsheets and assets to support corporate and brand product communication Support portfolio benchmark progression Monitor and contribute to portfolio analysis for relevant front-of-pack nutrition labels and dietary guidelines Monitor and analyse nutrition grades and apps So what does it take to be successful in this role? You have a master’s degree in nutrition and relevant experience in a scientific or clinical nutrition role, gained through an internship or several years of professional work. You bring a solid understanding of nutrition science, an affinity for data, and proactively collaborate with product developers as well as global marketing and communication teams. You are passionate about translating nutrition science into practice, are a true foodie who embraces a healthy and nutritious lifestyle and recognize the importance of making science accessible and applicable.
